What Is a Delivery Timeline?
For the step-by-step order flow, see how SMMNut order processing works.
A delivery timeline at SMMNut is the total duration from delivery start to order completion — the window during which daily follower additions are distributed to the account. It is distinct from order processing time (1–6 hours from placement to delivery start) and from the 30-day refill window (which begins after delivery completes). Delivery timelines are calibrated to two variables: the platform’s detection sensitivity and the account’s existing follower count. More detection-sensitive platforms (TikTok, YouTube) use longer timelines than lower-sensitivity platforms (Telegram, Spotify) at equivalent order sizes. Smaller accounts within each platform receive slower daily pacing than larger accounts, extending the timeline proportionally.

Why Delivery Timelines Are a Safety Feature, Not a Delay
Delivery speed is one of the most significant risk variables in social media growth services. Faster is not better — faster creates follower velocity anomalies that platform algorithms are specifically designed to detect. SMMNut’s delivery timelines are calibrated to keep daily follower acquisition within ranges that do not produce anomaly signals relative to each account’s historical growth baseline.
The table below gives the standard timeline ranges by platform. All timelines assume gradual delivery, which is SMMNut’s default and only delivery method. For a full explanation of why instant delivery is not offered, see the gradual vs instant delivery comparison guide.
Platform-by-Platform Delivery Timeline Reference
| Platform | Small Order (100–500 units) | Standard Order (500–5,000 units) | Large Order (5,000+ units) | Primary Pacing Factor |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| TikTok Followers | 3–7 days | 7–14 days | 14–28 days | Account baseline velocity — most sensitive platform |
| Instagram Followers | 3–7 days | 7–14 days | 14–21 days | Account size tier (30–200 followers/day) |
| Facebook Page Followers | 5–10 days | 7–21 days | 14–30 days | Page baseline and geographic distribution |
| YouTube Subscribers | 5–10 days | 10–21 days | 21–35 days | Channel size and watch time ratio sensitivity |
| Telegram Members | 3–7 days | 5–10 days | 10–21 days | Anti-spam rate limits — not algorithmic |
| Spotify Plays | 2–5 days | 5–14 days | 10–21 days | IP distribution and 30-second play duration standard |
| Spotify Followers | 3–7 days | 7–14 days | 14–21 days | Account activity distribution |
All timelines are from delivery start — delivery typically begins within a few hours of order processing, not immediately upon payment. Payment processing and order queue entry precede delivery start.
What Determines Pacing for Each Account
The timelines in the table above are ranges, not fixed durations. The actual pacing for a specific order is determined by two variables: the platform’s detection sensitivity and the account’s existing size.
The SMMNut Account Size Delivery Tiers
Smaller accounts require slower daily delivery than larger accounts. The reason is velocity baseline: a 200-follower account gaining 150 followers in a day is a 75% increase — an obvious anomaly to any platform’s detection system. A 50,000-follower account gaining 150 followers in a day is a 0.3% increase — indistinguishable from a moderately successful post. SMMNut’s delivery system applies different daily pacing based on account size:
- Accounts under 1,000 followers: 20–50 followers per day
- Accounts 1,000–5,000 followers: 30–80 followers per day
- Accounts 5,000–50,000 followers: 80–200 followers per day
- Accounts above 50,000 followers: 150–350 followers per day
Platform-Specific Sensitivity
TikTok has the highest velocity sensitivity of the platforms SMMNut covers — its For You Page algorithm monitors acquisition rate closely, and reach suppression is the most common enforcement response. TikTok orders therefore use the most conservative pacing relative to account size. Instagram and YouTube sit at a moderate sensitivity level. Facebook Pages and Telegram have lower velocity sensitivity, which allows for slightly faster pacing at equivalent account sizes. Spotify pacing is governed more by play duration standards and IP distribution than by follower velocity in the traditional sense.
Step-by-Step: From Order Placement to Delivery Completion
- Place your order using your wallet balance. The order enters the SMMNut processing queue. You will receive a confirmation with your order reference number.
- Processing begins within a few hours. During processing, the order is assigned to the delivery pipeline for the appropriate platform and account tier. This phase typically takes 1–6 hours for most order types.
- Delivery start notification. Once the first batch of followers is queued for your account, delivery has begun. Daily additions occur automatically at the paced rate for your account tier throughout the delivery window.
- Monitor progress through your dashboard. Your order dashboard shows current delivery status. Daily addition counts are visible in the delivery log. If delivery appears to have paused for more than 48 hours without explanation, contact support with your order reference.
- Delivery completion. When the full ordered quantity has been delivered, the order status updates to complete. The 30-day refill window begins from this date — not from the order placement date.
What to Do if Delivery Appears Stalled
Brief pauses in delivery are sometimes intentional. SMMNut’s system monitors platform signals during active delivery. If the account shows signs of platform-side anomaly detection — such as a sudden engagement rate change or other algorithmic signals — the system may pause delivery temporarily to allow the account’s metrics to stabilise before resuming.
If delivery has not progressed for more than 72 hours, check the following before contacting support:
- Is the account still public? Switching to private stops delivery immediately on most platforms.
- Has the username or profile URL changed since the order was placed? URL changes break the delivery pipeline.
- Is there an active platform restriction on the account? Delivery to accounts under active platform review may pause automatically.
If none of these apply and delivery has been paused for more than 72 hours, contact SMMNut support with the order reference number. For the complete methodology behind how SMMNut approaches delivery and account safety, see how SMMNut works.
Delivery Timelines and the Refill Window
One detail that affects refill eligibility: the 30-day refill window starts from delivery completion, not from order placement. For a large order that takes 21–28 days to deliver, the refill window begins after those 28 days. Effective total coverage from order placement to end of refill eligibility is therefore 49–58 days for larger orders.
For the full refill policy — what it covers, what it excludes, and how to submit a request — see the refill and retention system guide.
