What Is SMMNut’s Account Safety Policy?
For how platforms treat purchased engagement, see the ban-risk question.
SMMNut’s account safety policy is the operational framework governing how the service is designed, scoped, and delivered to minimise platform risk for accounts that use it. It consists of six enforceable commitments — gradual delivery, real-profile source accounts, zero credential requirements, transparent risk communication, 30-day refill coverage, and defined no-service account categories — applied to every order across every platform. The policy also defines a formal risk classification system that categorises accounts as low, medium, high, or very-high risk based on platform, account type, and monetisation status. Accounts in high-risk categories (YouTube YPP-adjacent channels, accounts under active platform review, Spotify accounts with active editorial pitches) are categorised as no-service situations regardless of order size or price.

SMMNut’s Six Account Safety Commitments
The following six commitments form the operational foundation of SMMNut’s account safety approach. Each is documented here with its scope and its explicit limitations — because understanding what a commitment does not cover is as important as knowing what it does.
Commitment 1 — Gradual Delivery Only
SMMNut delivers all follower, subscriber, and engagement orders gradually — distributed over days, not delivered instantly. Daily pacing is calibrated to the account’s size tier to keep acquisition velocity within organic growth ranges for that account’s historical baseline.
Scope: Applies to all orders across all platforms. No instant delivery option exists.
Limitation: Gradual delivery reduces velocity anomaly risk but does not eliminate it. Platform detection sensitivities change over time. An account with a very low historical baseline may still trigger review even with conservative pacing if the absolute increase is large relative to the account’s size.
Commitment 2 — Real-Profile Source Accounts
All followers, subscribers, and members delivered through SMMNut’s pipeline come from real social media profiles with activity history — not bot networks, zero-activity shells, or programmatically generated accounts.
Scope: Applies to all follower and subscriber delivery. Real-profile accounts are defined by SMMNut’s five-criteria quality evaluation: posting history, account age, interaction record, no bot-pattern characteristics, and no prior spam flags.
Limitation: Real-profile accounts still carry some probability of removal in platform audits — they are not immune to platform cleanup events, only less likely to be targeted than bot accounts. For the full quality evaluation framework, see the follower quality evaluation guide.
Commitment 3 — No Credential Requirements (Zero-Password Policy)
SMMNut never requires your social media account password, login credentials, admin access, Business Manager access, or any third-party app permissions at any stage of the order process. All orders are processed using your public profile URL or username only.
Scope: Applies universally across all platforms and all service types. This is a non-negotiable policy — there are no exceptions for any service tier or order size.
Limitation: This commitment protects your account credentials. It does not protect against platform policy enforcement related to the purchased growth itself.
Commitment 4 — Transparent Platform Risk Communication
SMMNut documents the specific risks associated with each platform’s growth services in plain terms. The platform safety guides — covering TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Telegram, and Spotify — describe the actual risk profile, typical enforcement response, and specific account situations where growth services are inadvisable. These are published as part of SMMNut’s content and are not buried in terms of service footnotes.
Scope: Risk documentation is maintained and updated when platform policies or enforcement patterns change materially.
Limitation: Platform policy changes can occur without notice. Risk documentation reflects the situation as of the most recent review date and may not capture very recent enforcement pattern changes.
Commitment 5 — 30-Day Refill Coverage
Follower drops within 30 days of delivery completion are covered by SMMNut’s refill policy. Both natural churn and audit-related removals during the delivery window qualify for refill requests.
Scope: Applies to all follower and subscriber delivery across all platforms. Does not apply to drops caused by account changes during delivery or drops occurring after the 30-day window.
Limitation: The refill policy covers the delivery window period. Long-term retention is outside the scope of any growth service’s control. For full refill policy terms, see the refill and retention system guide.
Commitment 6 — Defined No-Service Account Categories
SMMNut maintains a defined list of account situations where services are not recommended. These categories are documented openly rather than buried in fine print. When an account situation falls into a no-service category, SMMNut communicates this clearly rather than proceeding with an order that carries elevated risk.
Scope: The no-service categories are listed in the section below.
Account Risk Classification: Low, Medium, and High
The following classification framework summarises risk levels by account type and platform combination. This is the framework SMMNut uses internally when assessing whether a service is appropriate for a given account situation.
| Account Situation | Risk Level | Primary Risk Factor |
|---|---|---|
| Personal TikTok account, no brand deals, 100+ existing followers | Low | Reach suppression if velocity exceeds baseline — mitigated by gradual delivery |
| Personal Instagram account, no active partnerships | Low | Engagement rate dilution — visible only if engagement rate was already strong |
| Facebook Page, no active ad campaigns | Low–Medium | Follower removal in audits — real-profile accounts reduce this significantly |
| Creator Instagram account, occasional brand work | Medium | Engagement audit risk from brand partners — delivery quality is critical |
| Business Instagram/Facebook, active ad campaigns | Medium | Ad targeting data distortion from inauthentic followers |
| Telegram channel, no monetisation features | Low | Ghost member quality — visible view count gap |
| Spotify artist, no active editorial pitch | Medium | Royalty reversal risk — mitigated by real-listener accounts and 30-second duration standard |
| YouTube personal channel, not building toward YPP | Low | Watch time ratio dilution — manageable with real-profile accounts |
| YouTube channel approaching YPP threshold | HIGH | YPP application rejection, channel strike |
| YPP-monetised YouTube channel | VERY HIGH | Monetisation suspension — direct YPP terms violation |
| Any account under active platform review or strike | HIGH | Escalated enforcement — growth signals on flagged accounts intensify review |
| Any account with active brand partnership with authenticity clause | HIGH | Contract violation risk — engagement audit by brand partner |
Account Conditions SMMNut Will Not Service
The following account situations fall outside SMMNut’s service scope. Orders placed for accounts in these categories carry risks that SMMNut’s methodology cannot meaningfully mitigate, and the potential consequences are serious enough to warrant explicit exclusion rather than a buyer-beware disclaimer.
- YouTube channels applying for YPP within 60 days: The YPP application review includes subscriber authenticity assessment. Purchased subscribers identified during this review can result in application rejection or a channel strike. See the YouTube safety guide for the full channel-type decision framework.
- YPP-enrolled monetised YouTube channels: Artificial subscriber inflation on monetised channels violates YouTube Partner Program terms directly and can result in monetisation suspension.
- Any account currently under active platform review, restriction, or operating under a strike: Adding follower signals to an already-flagged account escalates enforcement scrutiny. The correct action is to wait until the review is resolved before placing any growth service order.
- Spotify artists with active editorial playlist pitches submitted: Spotify monitors streaming patterns during active pitch review windows. Artificial streaming detected during this period results in pitch removal and potential permanent editorial consideration exclusion.
What SMMNut Cannot Control
This section documents the limits of what any growth service can control — not as a liability disclaimer, but as an honest account of how platform dynamics work.
- Platform policy changes: Social media platforms can update their Terms of Service, detection algorithms, and enforcement responses at any time without notice. Risk profiles that are accurate today may change after a platform policy update.
- Platform-initiated audit events: Platforms run follower quality audits on their own schedules. The timing and scope of these events are not predictable by any third party. Followers that pass initial delivery may be removed in a subsequent platform audit event weeks or months later.
- Post-delivery engagement behaviour: SMMNut cannot control whether delivered followers engage with your content after the order completes. Engagement behaviour after delivery is determined by the source accounts — real-profile accounts engage at low but nonzero rates, but this is not guaranteed or specified per order.
- Account-side factors: Account performance, platform standing, and organic growth trajectory are all outside the scope of what a growth service controls. A growth service is not a substitute for content strategy, platform engagement, or audience development.
For how to assess your specific account situation and determine which risk category applies to you, the universal platform safety guide covers all six platforms in a single cross-platform risk comparison.
