Understanding Digital Service Delivery

SMMNut provides digital social media engagement services. Once an order begins processing:

  • Delivery may start automatically
  • Platform interaction signals may already be initiated
  • Resources are allocated immediately

Because of this, refunds cannot always be issued after delivery has started.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be granted in the following cases:

  • Order Not Delivered: If your order has not started processing and remains unfulfilled within the stated timeframe.
  • Major Delivery Failure: If a confirmed technical issue prevents delivery from completing.
  • Duplicate Order: If the same service was accidentally purchased more than once.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are generally not available when:

  • Delivery has already begun

  • The account was set to private during delivery
  • The account was deleted or username changed

Refill coverage means:

  • If engagement drops within the stated refill period
  • And your account remains eligible
  • And no policy violations occurred

We will replenish the missing amount.

Not all services include refill coverage. Please check the specific service description before ordering.

Account Responsibility

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing correct usernames/URLs
  • Keeping accounts public during delivery
  • Avoiding platform violations
  • Not combining conflicting third-party services

SMMNut does not guarantee results if account conditions change during delivery.

How Refunds Are Processed

Approved refunds are processed to:

  • Original payment method (if technically possible)
  • Or site wallet credit (when applicable)
