  • Order Not Started: If your order has not begun within 48 hours after payment, and you request a cancellation, you may be eligible for a full refund.
  • Service Mismatch: If the delivered service does not match the description provided on our website.
  • Engagement Drops Within 30 Days: If you experience a significant drop in followers, likes, views, or other engagements within 30 days of delivery and we are unable to provide a refill.

Exemptions & Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds are not granted in the following situations:

  • Order Already Completed: If the order has been successfully processed and delivered as per the service description.
  • Incorrect Information Provided: If you enter incorrect details (e.g., wrong profile link, private account, etc.), preventing us from delivering the service.
  • Account-Related Issues: If your account gets banned, restricted, or removed by the social media platform before or after service delivery.
  • User-Initiated Changes: If you alter your account settings (e.g., making it private, changing usernames) during the service period.
  • Natural Fluctuations: We do not guarantee lifetime retention, as organic engagement may fluctuate naturally. Refunds will not be issued for drops occurring after the 60-day retention period.
  • Unrealistic Expectations: If a customer expects results beyond the scope of our service description (e.g., overnight virality).
  • Disputes Without Prior Contact: Chargebacks or disputes raised without contacting our support team first will void refund eligibility.

Order Cancellation Policy

  • Before Processing: You may request an order cancellation with a full refund if we have not yet started processing your order.
  • After Processing: Once the order has been initiated, it cannot be canceled as our system starts fulfillment automatically.
  • If a mistake was made when placing an order, please contact our support team immediately at support@smmnut.com, and we will try our best to resolve the issue.

60-Day Retention Guarantee

To ensure service quality, we offer a 60-day retention guarantee on applicable services. This means:

  • If you experience a significant drop in engagement (followers, likes, views, etc.) within 60 days of delivery, we will refill the service free of charge.
  • If a refill is not possible, we may offer a partial refund based on the remaining engagement level.
  • The retention guarantee does not apply to drops resulting from social media platform updates, algorithm changes, or violations of their terms.

  2. Provide Order Details: Include your order ID, service details, and reason for the refund request.
  3. Verification: Our team will review your request within 3-5 business days and determine eligibility.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

We take fraudulent disputes and chargebacks seriously. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in the suspension of your account and restriction from future services.

  • If you have an issue with your order, please contact us first before initiating a chargeback.
  • Chargebacks initiated without a valid reason or without first contacting our support team may lead to permanent account suspension.
  • We reserve the right to dispute any fraudulent chargebacks with payment processors.
